When does my plan start?
Your plan activates on the date of your first scheduled maintenance visit. We'll reach out within one business day to schedule it.
Can I add a second system later?
Yes — you can upgrade your plan or add additional systems at any time. Contact us and we'll adjust your plan accordingly.
What if I need a repair during my plan?
Plan members receive a 10–15% discount on all repair labor and parts (depending on plan tier). Emergency service is also prioritized for plan members.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. Monthly plans are billed each month; annual plans are billed once per year. You can cancel at any time before your next billing date.
Do you service all HVAC brands?
Yes — our certified technicians service all major residential and commercial HVAC/R brands including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, and more.
